Set in 33 acres of rolling Somerset countryside the house [which dates from 1350] was the family home of the Earls of Westmoreland.The house offers: Ballroom, State Dining Room, Library [with bar], State Drawing Room, Great Hall, 1710 Orangery [for the evening reception], open log fires and 19 fabulous bedrooms [sleeping 54].

Situated within easy reach of the A303 [and 25 minutes from the M5 at Taunton] Brympton House is licensed both for indoor and outdoor civil ceremonies. Dining options include the Ballroom [seating 200], State Dining Room [seating 30] and the Great Hall [seating 100]

We are happy to serve your own wine and champagne or you can select from our extensive cellar.

With our in house wedding planner, stylist and florist we will ensure that your wedding really is a perfect day!

• Dear Sara,
  We wanted to thank you for allowing us to hold Amy and Gavin's wedding reception at Brympton.
  It is a stunning setting and our guests all commented on what a beautiful place it is.
  The whole day was perfect. We would also like to thanks the waiting and catering staff. They were first class and the food delicious; nothing was too much trouble for them.
  Another big thank you to Anita for all the various tasks she undertakes, checking in, behind the bar and serving breakfasts to mention just a few.
  Again, many thanks from us all.
