The St Anne’s Suite

With a capacity of 170 guests, this self-contained private venue is the largest suite available in the hotel. Just wanted to say a big thank you for making our day so special, the day was fantastic it just flowed from start to finish. You had the table setting spot on to the way I had them pictured in my head. All your staff was so helpful and attentive, a special mention to the waiter who attended to our top table was adorable and nothing was too much trouble.

On behalf of Lucia and I, thank you so much for organising such a great day. We had a fantastic time and everything went really well. I know many of guests were very impressed not only with the quality of the hotel but how all the staff were and the quality of the food. We both stayed at St Anne's Manor the night before the wedding and thank you very much for arranging the honeymoon suite early for Lucia and her bridesmaids to get ready in. As soon as we got back to the hotel after the wedding we were greeted with a cold glass of wine and were congratulated by all staff including the receptionists which made us feel very special. The duty manager Steve managed everything very well throughout the day, including a little bit of "disruption" with one of my guests over alcohol which he handled very professionally. The food tasted great and we didn't think the portions and quality would be good as at the tasting session but we were wrong. The following morning when we came down for breakfast we were greeted by the duty manager (an oriental man whose name I didn't get) and were again greeted and congratulated making us feel very special. Please can you pass your thanks to all members of staff who were working over that weekend. I would recommend your hotel to anyone interested in having a wedding reception there. Your prices were very competitive and you were especially good to us bearing in mind our initial choice of venue going into administration. In hindsight you would most certainly have been out first choice and we feel quite lucky that we did get to have our reception at the Hilton.

We had a fantastic day on Monday, thanks to you, Sian, Steve and the entire team for all your work in making it such. It was faultless! We were married abroad in October, but decided to have an evening party in the UK to celebrate with our friends and family. We chose the Hilton St Anne's Manor because of the excellent customer service we received from Sian Clayton - the Events Coordinator. Her first questions to me when I called to ask about the venue were 'what is important to you' and 'what three things are critical to make this event perfect for you'. None of the other venues asked these questions - they talked only about the venue and costings. All of my dealings with Sian have been professional, friendly and timely. We had 165 guests attend the party and Sian helped with the planning - the buffet was a very good standard and the staff very friendly and helpful. Particular mention has to go to Lum who even helped me cut table runners to put on the tables on the morning of the party. He was a complete star and could not do enough for us. Our party was a big success - all of our guests had a wonderful time. We chose Darren from Solitaire Entertainments for the disco. He was great - the dancefloor was full all evening! Breakfast next morning was lovely!
