Testimonials

Beautiful Venue We have been home about a week now from a wonderful honeymoon in Thailand and we would like to thank you for a truly wonderful wedding day. Overall our day was fantastic. This was mainly achieved by the Staff at Langshott who we cannot commend highly enough. We would particularly like to thank Katie who kept me calm just before the ceremony and was on hand to make sure the day flowed beautifully. We would also like to mention the Geeze (I apologise if I have spelt his name wrong). His service during the meal was second to none and his waiting staff were attentive and polite at all times ensuring all our guests were totally happy. Our guests loved the food and commented on how comfortable and relaxed they were in such a beautiful venue. The DJ was fantastic and made our evening.

So Glad We Chose Langshott Manor We wanted to thank you sincerely for a wonderful wedding day, and tell you how pleased we were with the service. All of our guests were really impressed with the venue and commented on how helpful the staff were. Everyone was delighted with the quality of the food. You (Helen) and your team really helped our special day to be seamless and enjoyable and we are so glad that we chose Langshott Manor. We would wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone. Thank you so much for everything. October 2012, Laura M

Incredible Staff & Venue I just wanted to send you an email to say thank you for making our wedding day so perfect. Your venue and staff were incredible and your help and guidance throughout the process enabled the smooth running of the day. We had so many compliments from our guests about the food and the staff and were so thrilled that I wanted to pass these onto you. Thank you so very very much it was the most perfect day, a day we will always remember and I am sure we will be back to stay very soon. Please do pass on our thanks and compliments to all at Langshott manor and please accept our thanks to you for making our wedding day the best ever.

We had our wedding at the Manor on 7 Oct 2011. The venue is stunning. We had people flying in from the US and South Africa and they got to enjoy a genuine English country manor. The staff are excellent. very attentive, very understanding and helpful. Special mention must be made of Emma who was such a great help on the day. The food is top class. Very well cooked, prepared and presented. The portions were very generous so no one went hungry. The wine selection was also top class. I would highly recommend this venue. I could not fault it.

We have been really really pleased with all of the hard work your team have put in, and impressed at the smooth running on the day - thank you! Langshott staff seem to work together, "effortlessly" making things fit together and work out, looking after us, helping and guiding the day. It's easy to see you have a close knit team that really get on and understand each other well, so that the many many tasks you all needed to carry out were sorted with precision and efficiency, whilst all of you still managing to keep an easy-going friendliness, with all of us.

An absolutely stunning venue for a wedding to remember forever! The hotel gives a very intimate feel, making everything feel at ease and a wonderful memory. The food is divine and the service is second to none. Could not recommend highly enough. No one could be disappointed by chosing this lovely elizabethan hotel to make the day perfect in every way.

Thank you so much for all your help with our wedding, we had a fanastic time and everyone enjoyed themselves and LOVED Langshott!! The staff were great!! Food amazing!!! We will definately be coming back, and we are already talking about coming back on the 10th December 2011 for first anniversary!

We wed here 30/05/2011 and the only way to describe the day would be perfect! The food was amazing, the staff were friendly and helpful and nothing was too much for them and they arranged my many decorations perfectly. The DJ they provided was great as well he got all the music we requested and was very entertaining without being OTT. We had 55 guests for the day and 75 in total in the evening and everyone was treated well. The perfect venue for a intimate wedding

A magical wedding at a stunning hotel Thank you so much to everyone who made our wedding day so fantastic on 15th April 2011. Before the day, Kelly is a godsend and makes everything so easy; then on the day, all the staff are friendy and helpful in the extreme. Beautiful rooms, gorgeous food and a simply stunning setting, whatever the weather. We will never forget it. Thanks for everything - we could not have chosen a better location for our wedding day - intimate and magical - perfect!

Interesting hotel looks like it should be in a rural setting but is in the middle of a housing estate. Close to Gatwick with the standards of the major hotel chains but with a bit of uniqueness. I would definitely stop here again if I was in the area. The are still the remains of the former moat and the building is a nice Elizabethan timber and brick construction from the late 1500's, sadly did not meet the ghost.

Lovely old building. Nice gardens to sit out in the summer. Friendly attentive staff. Went for afternoon tea. Very nice but don't expect large portions. As much tea and coffee as you can drink and no pressure to leave. I assume the house would have had extensive grounds when built but now is surrounded by houses.

We had afternoon tea in the bar area. Lovely setting and delicious afternoon tea. Whilst the service was very friendly and helpful it was a little difficult to gain the attention of anyone which meant we had to hunt someone down to ask for another drink, so a little more visible service would make the afternoon tea a perfect experience.

Lovely old manor house set in quaint grounds. Food good too. Great venue for a classy wedding breakfast.

We went for afternoon tea, to celebrate a family birthday. Amazing food, very well presented. Attentive service. Would highly recommend.
