They utilise the freshest finest ingredients that are locally sourced in and around Kent to create sumptuous food. They can produce a quote from their set menus, alternatively they can create a bespoke menu with your requirements and budget in mind.

All menus are brought to life by a superb team of chefs lead by Head Chef Matthew Fewins who has prepared lunches and dinners for the likes of Albert Roux and Raymond Blanc, therefore you can relax knowing that their team can deliver your dream wedding day food.

They offer a free no obligation consultation and quoting service, along with private tastings. This will take place at their commercial kitchen based at Brogdale Farm in Faversham. Tastings enable you to sample your chosen menus and to create your overall look. Their Event Manager will talk you through every aspect of your wedding day to ensure all your requirements are met.

They offer everything from a bar, canapes, wedding breakfasts, spit roasts, BBQ’s, bowl food, finger buffets to entertainment and a dedicated event manager.

All their menus include crockery and cutlery and of course their highly trained service team.

Hi Sharon/Caroline, I know this message is long overdue and both Ryan and I keep meaning to write to you, but we are both very busy at work after the holidays and our post-wedding to-do list is not getting any smaller. I know my mum has already written to you and could not thank you enough. I just wanted to add to that and say how extremely impressed we were with the service that your teams provide and the support you show during the stressful wedding planning process and all of your recommendations. Both the Bradbourne House staff and the catering team have been nothing but professional, understanding and helpful before and during our wedding day. As you know, we had family and friends come and visit from the opposite sides of the world and everyone absolutely loved the day from their arrival until the midnight cabs picked them all up. We couldn't have wished for a more beautiful venue (our friends talk to us about it every time we see them!) and setting- How lucky were we with the weather on the day too?! Caroline, the food and the service your team provided was simply outstanding. I know we wanted to bring in some of our own traditions into the wedding breakfast, which we thought may disrupt the service a little bit, however none of us needed to worry about anything. Ryan and I felt a little bit lost after it was over and said that we could keep re-living the day over and over again. I could say much much more, but I don't think I could truly describe every single thing I feel about my wedding day. For both my husband and I our wedding hands down beat every other wedding we have been to (and we actually mean it) and both of you ladies were a huge part of it. So Thank You! Dear Caroline, I wanted to write and thank you and Scott Anderson Ltd for providing truly excellent catering at our wedding at Mount Ephraim Gardens. Denise was very helpful as our event manager on the day, and we had lots of comments from our guests about how professional the service was. And the food! The food was amazing. Everyone was raving about it, and one guest told us that it was the best food they'd ever had at a wedding. I thought the quail and parsnip starter was fantastic, and could happily eat it every day. Thank you for helping to make our wedding so successful.
