Description

Mark the start of your married life together in their breath-taking 800 year old medieval Palace, which never fails to wow as guests arrive over the drawbridge and into the grounds. Entertain inside the impressive Palace building and enjoy 14 acres of gardens which offer fantastic opportunities for photographs. You don’t have to be royalty to celebrate your special day in a Palace – but they’ll treat you as if you were. Be a King and Queen or Prince and Princess for the day with a choice of venue hire packages and enjoy a feast prepared for you by their Head Chef and his team. All hire packages include a basic dressing of the room with white linen, napkins, chair covers and sashes of your choice.

You are then able to bring in flowers, favours, decorations etc in discussion with them so that the room looks how just how want it. Arrival drinks are served to you and your guests in the Entrance Hall, enabling you to make the most of the terrace and gardens for photographs before going into the medieval Undercroft for your wedding breakfast. Coffee and cake is served in the Long Gallery allowing them time to transform the Undercroft ready for your evening reception. Part of the fun of your wedding day is the planning and they want to make this as enjoyable for you as the day itself. Their dedicated Event Manager will take care of the details for you, advising about timings, decor and offering menu tastings.

You can book a wedding reception with them at any time during the year and on any day of the week, look out for midweek and winter special offers!
