Nicolas and Miren de Lorgeril, members of the tenth generation of the same family that built Chateau de Pennautier in 1620, are proud to welcome you to this stunning building.
They have completely restored it to offer conferences and reception facilities like weddings, as well as luxury accommodation (22 bedrooms**** and 7 gites). The Chateau is built in the distinctive style of the Palace of Versailles and steeped in French history: King Louis XIII stayed here in 1622. It is also one of the largest and most prestigious winemaking chateaux in the south of France.
Cocktails can be organized in the gardens (30ha) and they also have a Chapel and a restaurant/wine bar on site.
The Chateau benefits from its perfect geographical position : 3 km from Carcassonne and Carcassonne airport and the Canal du Midi, both designated by UNESCO as World Heritage sites, 1 hour from Toulouse and Perpignan, 1 hour 50 minutes from Montpellier, and 3 hours from Barcelona.
