When you choose Adlington Hall for your wedding, you get an exclusive wedding venue set within 2,000 acres of beautiful Cheshire countryside. One of the most exquisite homes in England, Adlington Hall reflects both the history of English architecture and the 700-year story of a single family, the Legh’s.
The highlight of the house is The Great Hall, licensed for civil ceremonies. Step down the aisle, bathed in the dappled light of the mullioned windows and take your vows under the gaze of our six carved angels, this unique room is the perfect setting to start your future together.
Adlington Hall is recognised as having one of the most stunning gardens in arguably the most picturesque region of England. Depending on when you visit, there are seasonal treats in store… the carpet of bluebells that come into bloom in May, or the sights and smells of The Rose Garden in the summer, or a Winter Wonderland setting within our walled courtyard. Whatever the season you are guaranteed the perfect backdrop for your photographs.
After celebrating with drinks in our gardens you can move to our recently refurbished Hunting Lodge, a beautiful mews building that can hold up to 140 guests. With menus developed to suit your personal tastes and the flexibility to choose your own suppliers; from florists, through to the band which will have you dancing until the early hours, your day at Adlington will be as special and individual as you are.
