Left feeling very disappointed and let down that the order I made on 3 Dec has not arrived in time for me to take it away for Xmas. Despite chasing last week, I was not informed that all the wine would not be available in time and at no point did FVD try to contact me direct to let me know, leaving me no time to sort out an alternative. Sadly won't be using you again - what a pity.

I am a great annoyance to my brother and sister-in-law, because I live abroad and order wines to be delivered to them ready for my return. The great thing is that I have forgotten what I have ordered and it's like Christmas when we visit, because there are a range of wines in the garage to collect and drink and share on our travels visiting friends and family! Great service, easy ordering and fast delivery (even 0645 - thankfully, I was the other side of the world at the time!). Really great value wines, if I could afford it I would purchase more ..................

Delicious wines at all prices - brilliant niche - very polite and lovely service. Makes buying wine dangerously easy! Well done all around! Full marks

Vineyeards Direct has played a big part in my personal journey of wine discovery, especially in relation to Bordeaux wines, which I feel are what they do best. They clearly have strong links with a significant number of vineyards on both banks and, in my opinion make pretty good use of these to offer a real taste of what claret is all about, both through the lead wines of some lesser known makers and their often excellent Declassified range, which offers fleeting glimpses of greatness by way of anonymised 3rd wines of the great chateaux of the 1853 classification. Their marketing has to be taken with a pinch of salt. My recommendation would be to go to one of their bi-annual tastings, meet the team face to face, along with some of the makers, and make up your own mind.

A very fine list with frequent interesting additions. good value and extremely good service from knowledgeable and friendly staff
