A good comfy hotel with great views of the surrounding countryside and wildlife. Provides easy access to the north Norfolk coast. I can only speak highly of the hotel it's staff and amenities. That does not extend to the adjoining pub which seems to charge the same price point for its food and drink as the hotel and yet is a world apart in quality. It is apparently popular and busy though so perhaps my opinion that it was dingy and unwelcoming and serving rubbish food is not held by many others! Personally I would stick to the hotel every time.

Everything is a little dated and feels as much, particularly with the decor. I booked directly via their website which was a standard double room as booked. Upon arrival I was given a single room directly above the kitchen which meant there was a droning hum reverberating through the room for the entire evening and throughout the night. Yes, I could have complained and I should have refused a single room based on my booking but it's in a hotel's interest to ensure their clients are treated as they might expect, otherwise those customers might leave negative reviews which could impact their future business. I wasn't inclined to disturb my night to pack up everything after a long day and it simply means I won't be using Best Western again in the future.

It's a nice hotel. The decor is a little tired (early 90s colour scheme, brass plates, narrow passageways) but wonderfully managed which I guess is how it gets 4 plus stars. I really mean it. I've been to a few hotels in my time but I really felt welcome and attended to the whole time I was there. Breakfast was nice too - real coffee offered as soon as I walked into the dining room first thing in the morning.

This was our attendence to a wedding at Nights Hill and what a beautiful setting. The food was lovely and the service could not be better.

Lovely atmosphere and helpful staff. We ate in the bar and the food was of good quality and well priced.
